What you’ll need:
8-pack of burger buns
1 can of spaghetti or baked beans
Grated cheese (melts perfectly for added taste)
How to Make Spaghetti and Baked Bean Nacho Buns:
1. Prepare the Baking Surface: Place one of our Clever Mats (shiny side up) on a baking tray. Arrange half of the burger buns on the mat for easy cleanup and even baking.
2. Layer the Toppings: Spoon baked beans or spaghetti onto each bun.
3. Add Cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of grated cheese over the top of the buns.
4. Bake: Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown (you don’t want the bun to be all soft and soggy!)
5. To top it off: For a fun twist, add some crushed corn chips on top of the baked beans before baking, it adds the perfect crunch!
Serving Tips: This recipe makes 16 serves. We cut the buns in half to make them easier for kids to handle and so the toppings don’t slide everywhere!
