CanĀ I bake on them?
Yes.Ā Turn your mat so that the embossed side faces down and place your food on the polished side. Baking soda and vinegar can clean off any discolouration you may experience from baking.
How can I clean my silicone?
Everything goes in the dishwasher or some warm soapy water will do the job. You can also bake them! More about that here.
