It can be so limiting when you feel like you’re stuck at home in order to ensure your little one sleeps. Sleep is SO TRIGGERING because it has such a huge impact on us as parents. We deserve our down-time too.
Don’t be disheartened if your little one hasn’t slept in the pushchair - it takes practice for both of you. But a tired baby, in the right snuggly warm, dark, bumpy environment will nod off. Leaving you to wander the shops of grab a solitary coffee. It can feel so much healthier being out of the house and back into society. Especially if you’re feeling lonely.
