School Holiday Activities: Invitation to play
No new toys ⬇️Kids can easily get bored with their toys because they see the same ones all the time. It’s like how we get tired of wearing the same outfit every day! Setting up an invitation to play can make those old toys feel new and exciting again. By simply rotating and reorganizing their toys, you create a fresh environment that sparks their curiosity and keeps their playtime engaging. How to set up an invitation to play for your child:- Rotate Toys: Bring out toys they haven’t seen in a while to spark new interest.- Reorganize: Arrange toys in a new and inviting way to encourage exploration.- Re-locate: Think about new and interesting surfaces to set up play on, or different rooms that they're not used to playing in.🛣️🚗 Today we used our road and track tape to set up an invitation to play on top of our book case, which is usually covered in books and mess in general. I got out a mix of little people, hot wheels, our @moanaroad wooden car set and some trains.
The novelty set up and new location for these toys sparked my kids' interest and they played well together here for some time - a welcome break after they'd been bickering!!Try setting up something like this on a night time for when your little one wakes up! It can actually be fun for the adults too! I love getting creative
