This is such a great trick to have up your sleeve.

Reading and cuddling is obviously fantastic for many reasons, but have you tried face to face? This position is especially good for speech and language development.

Try sitting face to face and at eye level with your child when you read to them. This way they can watch your mouth and facial expressions as you speak and you can see what they’re looking at on the page and put language to it.
